Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order will have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of Elevitize products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If, after 14 days, you are still not satisfied, you may return the items within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package your order securely to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product itself is in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@elevitizee.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
